I did a lot of comparisons before choosing Tangier Excursions. I choose them because of prompt reply’s, willing to work with highlights I wanted to see and gave input and suggestions and the price point was very reasonable for an all inclusive private tour (pick up at Marbella Hotel, ferry to and from, guide all day and separate guides for Hercules cave and camel rides, and lunch)
The moment we were picked up at hotel we had white glove service until dropped back to hotel! Our guide Abu was knowledgeable and planned unique and memorable experiences for our day that included personal touches just for our interests. This day trip exceeded our expectations! We are from Las Vegas and with all our travels I have never experienced such pristine air, the food is all locally sourced, fresh and so delicious, I loved learning about Tangier, shopping in the souk with the spice and fish/meat/produce market. Abu was there to guide us through the mazes, recommended shops of things we were interested in and help with the negotiations. But for me the highlight of the trip was the camel ride along the beach (the camels are well loved and cared for). This will remain one of my most cherished memories. Kudos and hats off to Tangier Excursion’s and Abu for making lasting memories for us!! I have high expectations and expect exceptional service which was exceeded!!

If that’s what you’re looking for in Morocco—especially in the breathtaking desert south of the Atlas Mountains—then look no further than Moustapha. He was extraordinary with our family, especially our 12-year-old son, making the experience unforgettable. We can’t recommend him enough.
He loves his country and his culture, and we were honoured that he shared so many personal insights and stories from growing up in the desert, as he did. We also loved the Moroccan music that he exposed to.
On our night in the luxury camp, Mustapha brought his guitar and joined the camp musicians as part of the entertainment. Despite a tiring day, we had no hesitation in dancing until the end of the night.
Despite visiting during Ramadan, Mustapha ensured that the restaurants at our lunch stops were high quality, with delicious, freshly made food.
He also contacted our Riads in Marrakesh to confirm that we would be collected as arranged. When my family were unable to get a porter into the Medina, Mustapha stayed on to help us with our luggage and navigate the chaotic labyrinth to the Riad.
I cannot recommend the experience, and Mustapha, highly enough.
We made lifelong memories and friends on this trip.
The next day Mohamed was waiting for us at the port with a latest model van to take us first around the outskirts of Tangier and then continue with a walking tour.
Everything was spectacular. I was afraid for the little children but Mohamed always accompanied them and gave me a lot of security.
He also took care of changing my return tickets.
He didn't take us to any stores and I recommended a restaurant that was special.
